Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.
Sessions typically involves hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
Lauren’s Box Fit Wonder class will involve fun warm up, some of her own choreography using boxing moves, followed by circuits with stations set up for partners to use boxing gloves and pads, finishing off with boxing-themed cool down.
Each participant will need inner gloves for the class and all new participants must fill out the PAR-Q survey prior to the class. Each class will be approximately 40 mins.
Class time: 7.50pm on Mondays
