Full body workout to music with resistance bands.

On-demand weekly workout posted each week on the members group or accessible via the Video Library.

Online class including cardio, leg, arm and core work to music using resistance bands for the entire duration. Specifically designed to give you an all over workout, increasing fitness levels, building tone and muscles and improving flexibility and core stability. The class is always to fun rock and pop tunes carefully chosen to motivate and inspire you to challenge yourselves and bring a smile whilst you sweat.

All you need is long resistance band, hoop bands can also be used in some tracks, mat and water. If you are not joining in live and can’t discuss any limitations, injuries, conditions in advance with Lauren, please make sure to exercise sensibly.
