Wednesday Evening 6 week Course

6 week course. Next dates : 8th January – 12th February

Wednesday Evening Classes will alternate between Pound Fit (A combination of cardio, conditioning and strength training using light weight drumsticks designed for exercising to hit the beat and rock out) and Box Fit Wonder (Warm Up, Lauren’s Boxing Choreography, Boxing with a partner using Boxercise moves with gloves and pads, Circuits, and Cool Down)

To be held at the Centre Wallington, Milton Rd (parking on site). 7:45pm- 8:35pm every Wednesday. Runs in line with school holidays.

Participants will also be given access to my fitness video library, live Saturday morning workouts, as well as a 28 day fitness and nutrition plan and a private WhatsApp group. Course also includes a free branded resistance band and/or water bottle.
