Description
6 week course for Mums-to-be.
Classes will include strengthening resistance-based exercises along with low impact cardio moves, a pilates-based and yoga balance flow focusing on core and pelvic stability as well as incorporated breathing techniques.
To be held SM6 0SY (or park nearby) or on Zoom. 7:30pm- 8:15pm every Tuesday. Start dates will be ad hoc for individual groups.
Participants will also be given access to all of my online pregnancy workouts as well as a 28 day fitness and nutrition plan and a private WhatsApp group. Course also includes a free branded resistance band.
Suitable for all trimesters.
