Community Classes
- All Community Class or In Person participants must book their space at least 24 hours in advance of the class to ensure their space is reserved.
- If a participant is unable to attend the class, they can cancel their booking up to 24 hours in advance of the class to free up their space.
- In the event of a class being full, Mum Fit Wonder will operate a waiting list. If a participant is on the waiting list, they will be informed once a space in the class has freed up.
- If the booked venue is not accessible for whatever reason, Mum Fit Wonder will always attempt to find an alternative venue to keep the class running even if this is outdoors. If the class is still running, all terms will still apply.
- In-person and Community classes will only run term time. Mum Fit Wonder will offer an online class option during those weeks.
- In the unlikely event of the instructor being unable to undertake the class or session, you can request a full refund for any unfulfilled classes or sessions.
- All new participants will be asked to fill out a Physical Active Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) or Ante Post Natal Screening form prior to partaking in exercise
- If certain physical conditions are highlighted in this questionnaire, you may be required to have medical clearance and physician’s consent form.
- Clients are advised to wear appropriate sports wear and to bring water to sessions.
- Clients have the right to terminate a particular exercise or workout at any time. You are in control of your workout. If the exercise is uncomfortable or painful of if you want to stop for any reason, you may do so. Mum Fit Wonder will offer modifications to exercises to avoid exacerbating any injuries or physical limitations.
- During any fitness classes involving children, all parents are responsible for the wellbeing and safety of their children. All clients are entitled to opt out of any exercises involving the children. If they do undertake any exercises holding, lifting or any involvement of the children in the exercise, they will be encouraged to adopt safe techniques to avoid any undue harm caused. Please also help to keep any toys away from the exercise area to avoid any tripping or falling.
- Mum Fit Wonder recommends that any parents bring snacks, water, blankets/mats and appropriate clothing for their babies or toddlers.
- You will get from your workouts what you put in. Results from classes and personal training sessions will vary per individual and cannot be guaranteed. The client is responsible for the decisions regarding whether or not to exercise consistently, eat properly, rest enough, and live a healthy lifestyle.
- For all In-Person or Community classes, please be aware that you take exercise at your own risk. Be aware of your surroundings, body, and limitations (particularly if pregnant or postnatal) and please exercise as safely as you can. Please make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or injuries ahead of the class or session.
- From time to time, Mum Fit Wonder may take photos and videos of classes or sessions for marketing purposes (website, newsletters, social media platforms). By booking and attending classes or sessions with Mum Fit Wonder, you consent to these images or videos being collected, but members must inform the instructor in writing if they wish to opt out.

Online Classes
- All online class participants must be advised that by following a Mum Fit Wonder class online, demonstrations, clear instructions, modificaions and form guidance will be offered by the instructor whether live-streamed or on-demand. However, the participant will not be corrected or altered in online classes, and the participant must therefore work out sensibly and within their own means and limitations. They must ensure that any pre-existing injuries and conditions are taken into account when exercising. By taking on an online class, they are agreeing to take responsibility for any potential risks caused by exercise.
- Online clients are advised to wear appropriate sports wear and to have access to water during sessions.
Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments can be made either online via the website
- In-person PAYG rates are £7
- In-person Package rate is 4 classes for £24
- Online Package is £16
- Monthly memberships are £26
- All pay as you go, package or monthly members must pay minimum 24 hours in advance of their class, package, or monthly membership.
- Rates for Mum Fit Wonder classes are subject to change
- Class times and timetables are subject to change
- All memberships and packages are non refundable and any cancellation requests will therefore not be guaranteed. Any requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis and accepted at the discretion of Mum Fit Wonder.
- The client must purchase the membership, package or individual class by supplying their credit card details.
- By agreeing to the Monthly Membership or Online Package subscription terms, they are accepting that a payment will be taken out of their account each month.
- All Monthly Members have unlimited and exclusive access to online and in person classes. However, Members must still book a space for all in-person classes they wish to attend to ensure their space is secured.
- All Online Members have access to one live-streaming or on-demand class of their choice per week. Once this class has been selected they will receive Zoom details or an On-Demand link to do the class in their own time.
- If the client starts their subscription in the middle of the month, the amount for the remainder of the month will be calculated on a pro-rata basis to ensure they are not over-paying for the month,
- The client is free to stop the subscription at any time. If the subscription is stopped at any point in the current month, the following month’s payment will not be taken and the participant’s access to the Membership group or online class will be removed at the end of the month. It will not change their access for the current month nor entitle them to a pro-rata refund.
- If a payment is rejected, the client’s access to classes and/or membership group will be removed.
- Discounts will only be applicable within the time restrictions or on specific offers as advertised by Mum Fit Wonder. Any clients who have taken up one of these discounts will be unable to redeem any other offer.
- Monthly Membership clients are not eligible for discounts or free taster sessions within the month as they are given an unlimited class pass with this membership.
- Free Taster or Trial offers are subject to change.
