Postnatal Fitness for Mummies with babies up to 18 months

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays

On-Demand Class – 30 minutes (Stretch & Tone)

Indoor Classes – 35 mins class (Rock n Stroll, Yogalates & Indoor Mat Workout)

Offering Mums online and in-person classes for postnatal fitness recovery as well core and pelvic floor restoration and conditioning. 

Rock n Stroll – Bring your babes. Postnatal indoor exercise to music for new Mums eager to regain their fitness levels after giving birth. Classes are catered to Mum’s level of fitness and postnatal stage. A mixture of cardio, strength and pelvic/core toning exercises, as well as cool down stretches. Classes are catered to involve incorporation of baby carriers or wraps. Resistance Bands are used in some tracks.

Stretch & Tone and Yogalates – Fitness for all but with a focus on postnatal recovery, stretch and strength exercises using Yoga and Pilates principles. Indoor Yogalates also includes a story at the end for the little ones and a cuppa afterwards for those who’d like to stay.

Yoga Barre Mat Workout – has now replaced Buggy Fitness on Thursdays and is held at my home on Hawthorn Rd also, please book in via the class schedule.

In-person class times: 10am on Mondays (arrival from 9:50), 10:45am on Tuesdays and Thursdays (arrival from 10:35)

This class is designed to build back your strength and fitness levels through a blend of yoga and pilates techniques in a welcoming environment for you and your baby.

Rock N Stroll
Mondays at 10am

A mixture of cardio, strength and pelvic/core toning exercises, as well as cool down stretches. Moves can be catered to involve incorporation of baby carriers or wraps but not essential.
