Online class including moves from Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, and Reggaeton. This popular format has been added to give you 30 minutes of pure dancing joy at home.

How It Works

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why these classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Make sure you wear good indoor trainers as your feet don’t stop. Also ensure you have a good amount of space to move around, have lots of water to hand, and take into considerations any limitations, injuries and conditions. This online class just offers visual cues so please exercise sensibly.
