What you get from the package:
5 workouts per week plus 1 Rest Day
Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, Cardio – Resistance Band and Mat Workouts. All workouts are 25-30 minutes but can be done in two parts, designed to fit in to busy lives and to get the best results.
Flexibility to finish the reset by middle of November.
Monthly food plan accessible with booking.
