Friday morning 6 week course for Parents & Tots – Drop ins available via the class schedule

Outdoor Fitness running Friday mornings at Oaks Park (indoor options offered on rainy days), check WhatsApp group for updates. 45 minute class involves warm up, strengthening exercises, fitness circuits, fun group activity, cool down and stretches. Kids can run around and play, babies can be in buggies or worn in carriers, adults can also come solo.
Parking on site. Class held in Oaks Park enclosure. Meet by Oaks Park cafe. Held inside cafe on rainy days,
