All personal training packages include a FREE consultation, 28 Day Fitness Plan, access to fitness videos to do at home, nutritional guide and food plans, and a FREE resistance band worth £10.
Each of the training programmes is tailor-made to suit your needs and involves a variety of exercises which will progress week on week to meet your goals, including boxing sessions, cardio and hiit, resistance training, pelvic and core work, balance and stability, and mat working on specific muscle groups. Individual sessions are with Lauren at her home studio and garden.
