MumFitWonder Class, (STAGE 1 & 2 Postpartum)

Thursday morning 6 week course for Mum & Baby Yoga Barre

6 week term. Next dates : 27th February – 3rd April

Yoga Barre flow

35-40 minute class taught by Lauren, an advanced level 3 pre and post natal instructor and women’s personal trainer.

Standing mobility moves, standing yoga flow, barre moves, upper body, core and lower body work using the resistance band and mat, followed by seated stretches. Safe for all stages of postpartum recovery with options given for all levels and abilities. Play area is set up for babies or they can stay in car seats or lie on the mat with you.

To be held at 25 Hawthorn Rd, Wallington, SM6 0SY. 10:45am – 11:30am every Thursday. Runs in line with school holidays.
