Hi everyone! Just a little update from me on some exciting new developments for Mum Fit Wonder and the site 🙂
First off, Mum Fit Wonder has now reached its 1 year anniversary can you believe?! I can honestly say starting this business has been the BEST decision and I have never once looked back. It’s been so lovely getting to know you all and to get such amazing feedback from Mums, Dads and even little ones as well! You lot brighten up my day and I can’t express how much joy I get from running my classes and one-to-one/couple/family sessions so I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all your support, commitment, hard work ha (!), and enthusiasm both during and outside of the workouts.
So emosh bit done….
As ever, I am committed to keeping things fresh. Whether that’s new routines, exercises, music, games, equipment, and of course new formats and venues!!
So here’s a round up of all of my brand spanking new classes and venues starting in September:
Active Mums & Tots at Eddie Catz – running Tuesday and Friday mornings at a top soft play venue in Wimbledon.
45 mins of fun group activities, games and exercises with your active little tots. All class members have free soft play access at Eddie Catz.
Mind Body Baby – new postnatal Mum & Baby fitness class running on Mondays at 11:30am at Walcountians Sports Club in Woodmansterne.
1 hour of core and pelvic conditioning through a gentle mix of yoga and pilates to music, finishing with a 5 minute meditation to connect with your baby.
Mind Body HIIT – exciting new spin on HIIT starting at Walcountians Sports Club on Thursday evenings at 7:45pm.
30 minutes of intense fat-burning exercises followed by 30 minutes of yoga and pilates to stretch and strengthen muscles and build core stability.

I have also added in a lovely timetable as many of you have booked class passes and this is a really easy way for you to see which evening and daytime classes you can attend during the week. If you click on the timetable you will be able to see more information on each class and will soon be able to book in to the classes and pay online. As always, please book in minimum 24 hours in advance so I know numbers as often space is limited.
